During my Xmas holiday at this hotel, the cleanliness was outstanding throughout the property. The location was also very convenient, with easy and quick access to both the town center and the ski slopes. Plus, the room rates were quite affordable.
Despite paying for a deluxe room, it was old-fashioned and totally different from what was advertised in the photos. The staff at the reception were unhelpful and showed no remorse for the misrepresentation.

During our city trip to Tirol we had the pleasure of staying in a hotel with a great location. the hotel was conveniently located close to the town centre and had fast access to the ski slopes. the cleanliness of the facility was impeccable and made us feel at ease knowing that we were staying in a clean and safe environment.
the reception staff was not available at certain times of the day which made check-in difficult.

For my recent stay, I found the hotel to be well-maintained and clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and ski slopes. Additionally, the hotel facilities were satisfactory. I was also impressed by the helpfulness of the staff.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The facility was relatively clean except for our room which looked nothing like the ones advertised on their site. the front desk staff was unhelpful but the restaurant staff tried to make up for their shortcomings.
The room we were given was in dire need of renovations and didn't look anything like the advertised deluxe room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this place is superb, with easy access to both the town center and the ski slopes. It was so convenient to be able to quickly get to where I wanted to go.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the town center and ski slopes. The facility is overall clean and well-maintained. The restaurant staff members were attentive and helpful, making up for any shortcomings.
